The bike does not have 10 inch wheels only 9 including tyres. it is only suitable for 2 year olds.

Bought this as a gift for my 3 year old. It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. The bike itself is great perfect height for my toddler who has very quickly learned to ride it. Highly recommend
