While the scooter is packed with fun and practical features, it is important to note that it can only be used legally on private land with the landowner’s permission. Riding on public roads or footpaths is prohibited under UK law.

Use of the go kart is only permitted on private land with the landowner’s consent, as it is prohibited on public roads (Road Traffic Act 1988) and footpaths (Highway Act 1835). Users must follow local regulations and ensure the area is safe and obstacle-free.
