  • 225g butter (soft)
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 200g light brown sugar

Steps:

  1. Wash hands!
  2. Mix butter and sugars until smooth.

  7. Cut fun shapes with cutters, place on a lined tray, and bake at 180°C for 10–12 mins.
